at Black Knight Country
Club has been a staple for four generations of members and their
guests. The nine-hole course is infinitely playable for any handicap
level yet very challenging for even the best of players. While the
6,347 yard layout (played from front and back tees) is not overly long,
the fairways are lined with large mature oaks and out of bounds fencing
that places a premium on accurate tee shots. The small fast greens
which are well trapped require both accuracy and touch in order
to score. Lastly, the successful golfer at Black Knight must have good
nerves as the first tee and ninth green are both exposed to the
terrace dining area that provides plenty of opportunity for friends
and fellow enthusiasts to observe ones performance.
Each year Black Knight hosts a variety of tournaments including the
ever popular Member/Guest, The Pro/Am, the Member/Member, club championships
in all divisions and a variety of one day events. Additionally, both
the men and ladies hold regular CAT (pick-up) games for those who do
not yet have a regular group with whom to play.
Black Knight Country Club also hosts a number of golf outings each
season for a variety of organizations. Please call ahead for available
