at The swimming pool at Black Knight has always been a favorite
of young mothers, their children and the hard core sun worshippers.
Located just across the parking lot from the main clubhouse, the swimming
pool is open seven days a week between Memorial Day and Labor Day and offers
a kiddie pool, lap area and snack bar. Our staff of Red Cross Certified
Lifeguards provides an idyllic setting in which to while away those
warm summer days. The snack bar offers a variety of treats such as
burgers, dogs and ice cream. However, if it is fancier fare that you
require, our guards will be happy to deliver your order from the clubhouse
kitchen or lounge.
Our lifeguards also work in conjunction with the Raleigh County YMCA
to participate in fielding a swimming team for participation in the
Huntington Y and Charleston Aquatic Team meets. Club champions are
also crowned in the various age divisions each year.
